1. Lifetime Deal & AI Credits
The "Founder's Lifetime Deal" grants the purchaser lifetime access to the core RivalMetrics UK platform. This includes unlimited standard UK keyword and competitor searches. AI generation features (such as the Website Architecture Generator) are strictly capped at 50 credits per month to ensure platform stability. "Lifetime" denotes the lifespan of the RivalMetrics UK product.
2. AI Output & SEO Disclaimer
RivalMetrics UK utilizes advanced Artificial Intelligence (RivalCore AI) to generate SEO strategies and website architectures. You acknowledge that AI outputs are algorithmic estimations and suggestions. We do not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic increases, or financial outcomes. You are solely responsible for how you implement these strategies.
3. Refunds
Due to the digital nature of the product and immediate access to proprietary AI tools and data, all sales of the Founder's Lifetime Deal are final and non-refundable once the platform has been accessed or API credits have been consumed.
4. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
